Q: What is the best way to ensure I am ordering the correct F.I.T. hand guard system for my machine?

A: The best way to ensure you are ordering the correct F.I.T. hand guard system is to obtain your top bar mount dimensions. View our handy F.I.T. Measurement Diagram for help obtaining these dimensions.

Q: Will an Endos spark arrestor end cap affect the sound or performance of my bike?
A: Very little. Our spark arrestor end caps normally do not affect the performance of the motorcycle it is installed on; however, some bikes may require jetting changes. To reduce the sound level of the exhaust, you will need to install one of our optional silent inserts.

Q: How much quieter will a silent insert make my bike?
A: Our standard silent insert and old style large diameter or small diameter silent inserts offer an exhaust note reduction range of 3-5 decibels.*
Our new Ultra silent inserts offer a
4-6db* reduction.

*NOTE: Sound intensity level will vary depending on model, tuning, and exhaust system condition.

Q: Do Endos spark arrestor end caps fit on aftermarket exhaust systems?
A: No. All of our end caps are designed to fit OEM mufflers only.

 

Q: Do you make spark arrestor end caps for 2-strokes?

A: No. At this time we only manufacture spark arrestor end caps for late model 4-stroke off-road bikes.

Q: Can I transfer my Fastway footpegs from one brand of machine to another?
A: Yes. To transfer Fastway footpegs from one machine to another, you can purchase our footpeg rebuild/transfer kit for your new bike. Simply purchase a rebuild kit for the model you plan to install the pegs on. Each kit contains new collars, springs, FKMS, and cleats. For more information, see Rebuild/transfer kits.

Q: Can I retrofit a Kick-It kickstand to another machine?
A: No. Each Kick-It kickstand is custom made for the make and model(s) listed on our application chart and in our online shopping cart. Each Kick-It kickstand base is custom built and each kickstand leg is custom bent to fit cleanly behind the side panel of the intended machine; therefore, it not possible to retrofit a Kick-It kickstand on any model other than the specified application.

Domestic Orders:

Pro Moto Billet attempts to ship all products within two business days of placing an order (on in stock items). All orders within the lower 48 United States are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All orders over $175.00 receive free UPS Ground shipping and applies only to domestic lower 48 United States orders only. Additional charges apply for order shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping is available for an additional charge depending on the service selected and destination.

International:
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service Global Express Mail unless otherwise requested by customer. For international shipping quotes, e-mail sales@promotobillet.com. We will not ship international orders using US Postal Service Priority Mail because this method does not allow the package to be tracked.

Warranty
Pro Moto Billet warrants their products from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We stand behind our products completely, and if you have any problems or questions feel free to contact us at any time.

Return Policy
Pro Moto Billet will accept returns on unused, re-sellable product within 30 days of purchase. A full refund (minus shipping charges), will be paid by check, or credited to the credit card that the product was purchased with.
